Biography

As a child, I loved to draw and be creative. Naturally I wanted to make art into my career, but was not sure how. While taking some general education courses at Mesa College, I noticed a "Multimedia" program that had just opened and jumped at the opportunity. I obtained my Associates and a couple of certificates while learning new ways that I could love what I do every day.

With a desire to obtain my Bachelors degree, I found the Art Institute of California - San Diego. There I continued my path in "Interactive Media Design". This allowed me to have a more rounded knowledge base of media and art with hands on experience.

I have been fortunate enough to have hands-on training in Graphic Design, Advertising, Wed Design, Product Design, Animation, Photography, Logo Design and Brand Identity. I enjoy working one-on-one with clients and working on larger projects with teams.

Today, I am really lucky to be able to do what I love on a daily basis.

Growing up in "Sunny" San Diego was great. While it is nice to have sunshine for 360 days a year, the start of a new marriage has made my husband and I decide "home" should be closer to things that matter most (like family) in Louisiana. We moved to the Lafayette area in the summer of 2007.

On a last note, I want to extend an enormous thanks to my family and friends, who have always inspired me.
